Miscellaneous Utilities - mostly scientific or programming utilities

Comment/Uncomment - marks text in Pascal or C source code as comments.
Special Key - by Andrew Welch inserts four characters symbolizing command key, checkmark, apple character. These can be viewed in a document if they are in the Chicago font.
Clipboard Dump - turns the clipboard contents into a hex dump.
Constant Values - any math or physics constant like π or e that is highlighted or in the clipboard is replaced with its value.
